Bama Block Battles is a tribute to the Black Southern culture that raised most of us — the middle, the lower, the corner-store, the porch-talk, the homecoming-game culture of Alabama. It's also a redirect. Too many real names end up in obituaries instead of trading cards. We're flipping it.

Every card is a stylized persona. We don't put real legal names on cards. We don't depict weapons. We don't reference active cases or anyone deceased. The portraits are generative art — no likenesses of real people.

The hoods, schools, and city flags are real because Alabamians who land on this page need to know we know. If something on this page is off — a school name, a hood spelling, a tip — tell us.
