1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your email, a username (handle), an optional bio, and gameplay data (cards claimed, battles played, XP, level, ELO). If you sign in with Google we also receive your Google account ID and basic profile info from Google.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show your collection and stats, match you in battles, prevent abuse, and (if you opt in) send transactional email about your account.
3. Who we share it with
Infrastructure providers only: our database/auth host, our payment processor (Stripe, if you purchase), and our email sender. We do not sell personal data.
4. Children
Bama Block Battles is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA).
5. Your rights
You can edit your handle and bio anytime from your profile. You can request your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time.
6. Account deletion
Sign in, open your Profile, and use the “Delete account” option at the bottom. This permanently removes your profile, collection, and battle history. You can also email sovereignholdingsllc@zohomail.com and we will delete your account within 30 days.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. After deletion we may retain limited records (e.g. payment records) only as long as required by law.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed by our auth provider. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong password.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
